The only positive of this experience was our server Issac… I would give 5 stars for his service but I cannot say the same for the general service we recieved. My friends and I reserved a table for the spooky vibes… we were placed by an open window with very few decorations. The staff did tell us they could accommodate moving us, if a table opened, but they gave it to another party that came after us… The witch cocktail was genuinely the worst I’ve ever had 😬. If you want a fun cocktail I suggest going elsewhere. My friend received the wrong meal, but it was fixed. The seafood in the squid ink pasta was overcooked… and the management was a mess. I watched the manager split a reserved 6-top table that the servers set up, to seat walk in guests… who she then kicked out of the table. When we offered our table… the manager turned around and left as we were asking her for the check. Genuinely disappointed.

Visited Rosalia's with my sister while I'm down here in Miramar on vacation. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and feels and sounds like you're in a rainforest with bird and rain sounds. The lighting is very romantic and great for a date night with your significant other. The food is absolutely incredible. The flavors, the freshness all combined for a delicious meal. The Gnocchi and Schnitzel combination is sweet and salty and fully. The Potato Cigars were crispy, hot and full of flavors. The waitresses were superb and helped with navigating the menus and even the secret one... I absolutely have to come back for the new martini.

Gabi was absolutely wonderful! She was such a lovely person and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Even though she was super busy and clearly juggling a lot at once, she still made sure we were well taken care of. I truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service. I also 100% recommend this restaurant because the food and décor are over the top, and everything was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Gabi, for making our experience even better! 😊

One of my favorite places to visit! Not only is the food great, but it’s an experience. The theme, presentation of food and drinks, and staff are phenomenal. Denise is a trip! She will make you feel like family every time you visit. Kevin is wonderful! Everything on the menu is delicious… I can’t pick a favorite. I try the new seasonal items each time and they never miss. Can’t wait to go back and experience the next theme.

This spot is top tier in all areas. We had an amazing dinner and drinks. The service was fantastic and friendships were made! All the drinks were in incredible…not too sweet and just right on alcohol. The food was top notch on taste and presentation. And the interior must be seen to be believed. Denise was a delight to chat with and she shared her very own shot creation with us when we couldn’t decide on a drink. No notes!
